På kurset lærer du at arbejde med Office 365 og alle tilhørende services. Kurset giver dig de færdigheder, du skal bruge, for at kunne administrere og vedligeholde en Office 365 løsning.

Der gennemgås helt fra bunden de elementer, der skal fokuseres på i forbindelse med opstarten af en Office 365 løsning. Hvordan håndterer man brugere, enten i en cloud-only løsning eller via en hybrid løsning, med brugere synkroniseret fra ens AD. Håndtering af virksomhedens mail, filer i Onedrive eller Sharepoint. Til en gennemgang af samarbejdsværktøjet Teams. Der kigges desuden på basal problemløsning og support muligheder i Office 365.

Kursusmål

Dette kursus er målrettet den it-professionelle, som tager del i evaluering, planlægning, udrulning eller administration af Office 365 services. 

Kurset fokuserer på at give dig den viden, der skal til for at lære dig at kunne opsætte en Office 365 løsning, inklusive synkronisering af eksisternede brugere.
